D.W. Moore’s Background
D.W is a 3rd generation WDI Inspector and Commercial Applicator
His experience with residential properties began in 2010 working as a maintenance technician for a local inspection company. D.W. started by performing termite treatments, winterizing plumbing, and disinfecting wells.
He quickly progressed onto wood destroying insect inspections, and then septic inspections. D.W. most recently added home inspections to his repertoire by completing ICA’s school for home inspectors and through extensive training under a veteran inspector. Through the years D.W. ‘s experience and continued education has enabled him to acquire multiple licenses and the knowledge necessary to professionally evaluate residential properties.

Aerial Drone Photography
Walking roofs isn’t always the safe thing to do. However, you still need to receive a comprehensive report of the roof’s condition. Therefore, we use an aerial drone to take pictures/videos of the entire roof.
Moisture Meter
This tool is invaluable because it can search for accumulations of moisture within your home. As a side effect, this often leads us to mold accumulations as well.
